SOME SAD NEWS

We had a call from Alan Cook 2W0EAD whilst on holiday in Cyprus, his wife Elaine had a fall and broke her leg  in three places.

After surgery inCyprus involving numerous pins and stitches , she is now back home.

She will not be able to walk for at least 16 weeks or have the stitches or pins removed.

We would like to wish her a speedy recovery from  all at the club.

Well the news is that Alans wife is slowly getting better (GOOD LUCK)

This is only an initial enquiry and as yet no dates are set.

CLUB CHAT...
It has been suggested that the members have an informal chat on a Wednesday evening..
Staring at around 19.00 local.
Due to the locale of some of our members 145.600 the WR repeater seemed a likely place to rendezvous.
Anyone around at this time is more than welcome to have a chat.
PLEASE REMEMBER the repeater is primarily for mobile comms so therefore priority should always be given.
SEE YOU THERE ......
